Abstract

The emergence of greater competition in the field of higher education has contributed to the “fight” for every student. More attention is being paid to the needs and wishes of the students. With the implementation of the Bologna Process in the institutions of higher education, the quality system is becoming increasingly important. Higher education institutions are focusing their attention on quality and making students a priority. The reason for this is increased competition in higher education. This paper deals with the relation between quality systems and student satisfaction and loyalty. The quality system at the College of eMPIRICA is improved precisely through researching student satisfaction and loyalty. This paper uses the model for measuring the perception of quality as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of students to the college they’re attending.
