An international, double-anonymized peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and empirical research on business performance, quality, and organizational excellence across sectors and regional contexts, with particular emphasis on the application, adaptation, and development of globally recognized frameworks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The journal welcomes submissions addressing private and public organizations in manufacturing, services, public administration, healthcare, education, energy, finance, and digital platforms, as well as studies examining performance and organizational learning dynamics at the organizational, team, and ecosystem levels.

The journal’s scope includes digital transformation and innovation; strategic performance and excellence frameworks; leadership and organizational development; quality management systems and process improvement; and sustainability and the evolution of ESG. The journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage manuscript submission and the peer review process. Digital preservation of the journal’s content is ensured through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and LOCKSS, while all issues from 2007 onward are additionally archived in the Internet Archive. The journal is a member of the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), a signatory to the UN SDG Publishers Compact, and endorses the Sex and Gender Equity in Research (SAGER) Guidelines. The journal is indexed in ABI/INFORM Collection, CNKI, East & Central Europe Database, EBSCOhost Databases, EconLit, ERIH PLUS, RePEc, ProQuest Social Science Premium Collection, selective CABI indexing (CAB Abstracts / Global Health).
