It is reccomended that that teacher use various teaching strategies and cooperate with students while trying to find new solutions for creating appropriate learning situations. A particular challenge for every teacher is to find the most effective teaching strategies for students with cochlear implants (CI) whose ability to hear sounds is very different from those without hearing damage. In order to work successfully with a student who has a cochlear implant during Music lessons, the teacher must have additional knowledge, individual attention, tolerance, understanding and a willingness to accept the child's difficulties. It requires effort and a special approach in order to maximize the development of student's skills and to enable him or her to experience the beauty of music.
