Abstract

On the basis of the results obtained through the tests carried out under controlled conditions of „cold test“, one may come to the following conclusion: Under the conditions of so called „cold test“ the corn sprouting seeds parasites Gibberella zeae (Schw.) showed a high pathogeny with all the three tested hybrids. A full efficiency against F. graminearum fungus gave the fungicides based on thiocyanmethylthio-benzothiazol (TCMTB), tetramethyldisulphide (TMTD) and pentachlvrnitrobenzene (Agrovit). An unsufficient efficiency against F. graminearum fungus showed mercury and Benomil basem fungicides. Lindane-based products produced bad effects on the corn sprounting seeds.
