Abstract

The Institute of Archaeology carried the seventh season of research at the Torčec – Cirkvišče site from September 28 to October 17, 2015. Traces of the south church wall and apside were found in the area explored – remains or mortar and several stones in situ, 85 new graves and 4 graves that were partially investigated in 2012. The graves can be attributed to a period from the late 12th century to the early 18th century. Majority of the small finds pertains to parts of clothing and jewellery.
