A NEW REPORT ON THE CHANGES IN TITRATE OF THE OESTROUS HORMONES IN THE COURSE OF PREGNANCY IN COWS

Abstract
The object of the experiment was to investigate the total concentration of estrogen hormones in the cows plasma during pregnancy (from 40 till 284 days). The cows were distributed in 4 groups (tab. 1) and average total concentration was from 138,86 (1st group) till 646 ng% (4th group). Significant differences were found between all groups with the exception of the 2 nd and 3 rd groups. The level of estrogen hormones during pregnancy is presented by the following equation (fig 2): y = 328,1391 - 4,2030 + 0,0207 x²
