Abstract

Accounting documents and accounting reports are the main evidence ofthe property and financial position, as well as the business and monetary success of the enterprise.A new field of forensic accounting has emerged as current practices have been changed in electronic business environment and rapidly increasing fraudlent activities.Although fraud is taking many forms, but it is usually found as theft of funds and information or misuse of someones information assets. Forensic accounting is the difrent accounting practices which arising from actual or anticipated disputes or litigation. When two forensic defined forensic accounting, e would get two answers, and both are correct. The definition of forensic accounting are bind to fraud, fraud prevention and investigation of fraud. Forensic accounting is specifically, in the context is fraud, and fraud is very diverse, and there are skills of forensic accounting which are invaluable.Forensic audit is a brand new and under-researched engagement of an independent audit which requires professional involvement of professionals in auditing, with special training and experience in fight against fraud.
