Abstract
In the first part of the article author writes about supervision in general. He referred to the supervision as a technique, as a procces and wrote especially about supervision of a group of patients with psychotic disorders because that was always a special challenge for the author.
In the second part he shows his observations with many vignettes of the supervised group while doing supervision over the group of patients with psychotic disorders in a hospital setting.
