Besides Latin, philosophical and theological writings, he published 'A Friendly Conversation' (...) in which are three 'Exhortations', of which the third is significant for the development of our orthography. This work, published in 1736, entitled Vilov to an important place among our philologists who between the influences of Italian and Hungarian worked out for Croatian way of writing out the particular sounds, especially the affricates.
