Abstract

An individual correction procedure is an institute of Land Rights provided for individual arranging disorderly land registration and cadastre, introduced in Croatian legal system in the Land Registration
Act. The main intention of the legislature passing a new law is to improve land record system of real estate and real property rights with new and better legal solutions and to contribute to the improvement and update of land registers, which ultimately contributes to the security of real estate transactions.One of these solutions is the individual correct procedure. The aim of this paper is to show the process of implementation of the individual proper procedure, with special reference to the legal protection of parties through this institute.
