Principle of inalienability of public goods

Abstract

The subject of this paper is the inalienability of public goods. The inalienability of public goods has always been the subject of public debate. Namely, this principle is perceived as the commercial movement of goods to which it refers and is also directed as one of main obstacles to the economic « attractiveness » of public property.
