Abstract

The paper presents Ivan Raos as the folk writer and as a writer who opposes socially arrangement. In this context, Raos is closely related with Christian doctrine, which greatly affects his entire life. His work as a writer began in the early 40s of the last century. He was a writer who was not incline to any government. He wrote about reality without cover-up. In his works through the monologues and dialogues, Raos courageously speaks about miserable fate of his nation. That was a reason why his literary work frequently appeared in the context of unsuitable books of the last century and also a reason why they were banned.
