Abstract

Performing musicians, captivated by the joy of music creation and pursuing perfection in their work, tend to ignore initial overuse symptoms sent by their bodies. Ignoring initial reversibile signs leads to more serious, uncurable injuries that limit, not just performing, but the everyday activities of performing musicians. Some musicians aquire performing induced injuries more often than others. There are many risk factors that contribute to development of overuse injuries. Analizing as many as we can, we increase the possibility to early recognize, prevent and effectivly treat such injuries.
