Abstract

The goal of this article is to bring forth arguments to Kazimir Katalinić's book. Katalinić applied for Croats and Muslims an increase in growth rate during period 1931-1941 while the official data show a decline in the growth rate for the same period. This miscalculation was the principal reason for Katalinić's enlargement of the number of war victims among Croats and Muslims. Using the argumentation advanced in his book, the author demonstrates why Katalinić's calculation is unreasonable and inacceptable.
