Temporary measure for restricting disposal of a vessel : [case review]

Abstract
If a claim secured by a temporary measure for restriction of the disposal of a vessel is rejected, the validity of such a measure will determinate when the Court decision becomes final. If the parties initiate another court action, even on the same legal ground, a new temporary measure should be sought.
