Arrest of a ship that does not belong to a debtor of maritime claims : [case review]

Abstract
If a ship is bareboat chartered, on the basis of a bareboat charter, the bareboat charterer bears the expenses of the maintenance of the ship which are not considered as maritime claims, and the creditor of these claims is entitled to require the arrest of ship, although the debtor of claims is not the shipowner.
