Abstract

In this work, besides mentioning the legal theory and judicial practice views, an outline and analyzes of legal norms are given, wherewith the procedure and terms for special cancellation of work contract are given then, legal protection of such termination of employment, Introductory, the authors describes regulatory rules on becoming employed and termination of employment. The central part of work consists of justifi ed reasons and term’s detailed reference, wherein the work contract is to be cancelled, the binding procedure before cancellation, the form and contents of such a cancelation then, legal protection at employer and the court. The authors conclude that the labor legislation’s required institute is the issue then, indicates particularly the significance of following and applying judicial practice when deciding on ground whence subsistence is cumulatively required for a legal special dismissal of work contract.
