Abstract
The fact that the ship, which is owned by Croatian citizen and registered in Croatian Register of Ships, could leave the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia does not by itself constitute a danger that the debtor (shipowner) will make it impossible or very difficult to obtain the payment.
