Carrier's liability for damage to cargo and ship due to undeclared and dangerous cargo : [case review]

Abstract

The carrier is not responsible for the damage caused by the unloading of unregistered and dangerous cargo. If the carrier has paid due attention to the storage of such cargo and has reasonably behaved, the shipper shall be liable for the resulting damage.
