Abstract
This book represents a very sistematic analysis of the basis of liability in the transport law. The author elaborates the main issue of liability - the basis of liability. The problems of liability are described and explained in all branches of transport. Central chapter in the book is about liability in maritime law. In this chapter author gives a very detailed analysis of legal issues like excepted perils, liability in Hamburg Rules, due diligence etc. The book is written very concisely and sistematically and it will reach high position among other literature on transport.
