Abstract
Following the petals of the wind rose the present paper describes and names of 12 winds of the area of Gradac municipality that are no longer used or have persisted to this day in the local speech. This is a first research of the anemonymyc names of the municipality of Gradac, representing a contribution to the preservation of this segment of intangible cultural heritage from oblivion, and a valuable incentive for further research in this area.
