Abstract

This paper is concerned about the innovation application trough idea search, market research, strategy management and marketing function. A large number of innovation projects in Croatia still need a revival, but all are a witness of society awareness of innovation necessity. The innovations’ consistency lies in ability to follow the needs of the customer preferences form the conventional forms. The main emphasis is that organizations do not need to be a leadership in creating a radical innovation but they rather can apply an existing innovation that can perfectly function. The practice has shown that innovations are mainly applied in large organizations and less in micro, small and medium organizations. Innovative practice in Croatia shows that innovation is in a large amount responsible for a gained profit and has a good social effect. The goal of this paper is to contribute to the understanding and significance of innovative entrepreneurship. Moreover, the goal is to provide data that will enable research that is more scientific.
