Abstract
Interpersonal skills are the first precondition for the achievement of professional goals in almost all occupations, especially those where people are in the center. When it comes to entrepreneurship education, basic communication prerequisites relate to the skills of listening, observing, understanding and communicating ideas and emotions in a way that is appropriate for the target group. The views on this topic are the basis of the study “The Impact of Social Networks on Communication Development”, conducted among 142 people who study entrepreneurship as a part of their education. Students in prequalification programs in adult education (29%) and upper secondary school students (71%) are included. The results of the research were analyzed using a combination of empirical, comparative and descriptive methods. They pointed to the increasing prevalence of virtual communication, which became irreplaceable due to speed and convenience, but also made it difficult to verbally express something consequently.
