Abstract

On the sample of 46 first year male students at the University of Zagreb six tests for estimating hypothetical leg coordination factors were administered, with the aim to check usability of tests, to estimate metrical characteristics of tests and to determine common subject of measurement of the whole battery.
On the basis of the analysis of test items it was determined that every test measured one and the only dimension.
Analysing the whole battery it was determined that common dimension measured by whole battery of tests could be interpreted as capacity of coordinate performance of complex motoric tasks, using mostly lower extremities.
On the basis of test properties it was suggested that in a smaller battery, having better metrical characteristics, MULK, MSNL and MPHV tests could be used; and for practical purposes all the analysed tests could be used, with slight modifications.
