The structure of some cognitive factors determined on the basis of least squares criterion in oblique factor spaces

Abstract

Invarinat oblique structure for 27 cognitive variables was determined by approximative procedures for determing factor structures according to the learest squares criterion in generalised oblique factor spaces (oblicomp).
The oscilatory convergence o process being shown, the final solution was interpreted as the structure consisting of a concrete or perceptive rasoning factor, an apstract of symbolic reasoning factor and an education factor.
