Abstract
Virtually constructed bodies, spaces, identities, cultural artifacts, and universal existence moved into a cyber world are reflection of inherent human need to attain immortality and infinity. Utopian cyberspaces that deprive us of the limitations of the earthly are realized as fluid virtual realities in which the user is seduced by the absolutely unlimited power of management. By transferring ourselves to the world of computers, we are deprived at the same time of our physical body but also of the immediate experience of the environment, since the experience is experienced by an avatar, our virtual copy, and we remain outside the screen limited to interaction with mouse and keyboard. Within ”Second Life” the question arises who experiences virtual experiences if we as an active subject remain outside the screen on which the play about our life takes place? That is, who lives the life of ”Second Life”?
