Abstract
This paper describes modernization of production line. Relay control is replaced with PLC control system and new power converters. Novel solution comprises of new frequency converters, switching devices, PLC equipment and sensors. According to a new equipment new electrical and control design was created. New control design was implemented, and production line was commissioned. Technical design is adapted to LFH process. With this modernization duration of process and power consumption is reduced and capacity of transformers is increased.
