Specific architectural features of the tvo commonest systems for building blocks of flats

Abstract

A change has been observed in the use of the commonest systems for building blocks of flats. The author analyzes the characteristics of those systems and the reasons for their suitability. The criterion for using a system is the degree to which it is morphologically variable.
