Abstract

This article describes the interpretation of evidence and the provision of findings and opinions in
the expert examination procedure on the expressed suspicion of the defense in the evidence, facts or
circumstances of the criminal act in court proceedings based on the practice of the expert witnesses.
In the re-examination procedure, the Center’s experts clarified all the doubts about the excluded and
recorded evidence and established facts by applying scientific standards that helped the court in deciding
in a reasonable and logical manner in criminal proceedings.
