Abstract

Quality management systems are present at most organisations that exist on the market. One of the important objectives of those organisations is to achieve customer satisfaction. To achieve that goal, the organisations try to improve their quality management systems. Many different techniques were developed, and one of them is Lean Six Sigma. This paper presents the most important improvement techniques. The basic characteristics of Lean Six Sigma methodology are also described.
