The public service and the health crisis

Abstract

The crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has significantly affected the role of public services.
The OECD document from April 2020 states that all European countries had to face an unprecedented
challenge. This presentation looks at the legal consequences caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on
public bodies and services provided to citizens.
