Transatlantic Economic and Trade Relations

Abstract

In terms of economy, the EU and the USA are the two most connected areas in the world. This connection is ever so tighter transforming itself more and more into an economic integration. Numerous statistic data confirm that in the last decade the re has been a strong economic integration between the EU and the USA. If the tendency continues on the basis of economic cooperation, then the EU and the USA could be far more efficient in accomplishing their (common) goals and interests on wider international field as well . The economic relations between the EU and the US have been based on the following documents: Transatlantic Declaration, New Transatlantic Agenda - NTA and Transatlantic Partnership. As euro has been introduced and the indicators confirm its steady strengthening, it is possible to anticipate creation of a bipolar establishment of the world monetary structure.
