Transport documents in the carriage of goods by sea are one of the most important topics in maritime law and have always been deeply rooted in maritime law. In this monograph of exceptional quality, the author analyses relevant issues related to transport documents in the carriage of goods by sea, namely bills of lading, sea waybills, ship’s delivery orders, multimodal transport documents, and electronic transport documents.''
