Intellectual Property in the Concept of Intellectual Capital

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the meaning of the intellectual property and the intellectual capital, their content, and their mutual relation and structure. They are becoming the basic part of the contemporary business and economic globalization, as well as one of the main competitive advantages, at the microeconomic level as well as at macroeconomic. Their mutual penetration is of a huge importance in order to stress necessity to take them into consideration.
