Introducing the Reallocation of Land and the Role of Geodesy

Abstract
The article explores necessity for introducing reallocation of land as a modem means of land development. The basic principles, conditions and ways of implementation of the procedure are given, as well as the role and significance of reallocation of land in the draft of the new Croatian Law on Land Planning, Furthermore, the role and importance of geodesy in the process of reallocation of land is examined.
