Application of the Method of Final Elements in Determine Shifts and Deformations of Structures

Abstract
It is well known that there are no instructions or unified regulations about measuring methods and accuracy within the scope of geodetic tasks connected with the measurements of deflection and deformations in structures, as compared to the other geodetic fields. The presence of this deficiency bas lead to the presentation of the procedure by which the optimal accuracy of deflection measuring, applying the method of final elements, has been defined.
