Abstract

The paper presents the sequential adjustment procedure of geodetic networks, based on the linear Gauss-Markov model and least squares principle. A parallel analysis between the classical adjustment procedure and sequential procedure, in case of adding or subtracting some measurements with a fixed number of unknowns, is presented. In addition, examples of sequential adjustment in both cases are given.
