Abstract

The paper reports about the investigation of the model for the adjustment of trilaterations – classical functional relationship and functional relationship based on the ratio of distances. For the geodimeter DI3000, which according to the manufacturer's data has a standard deviation of measured distances of σs = ±(5 mm + 1 ppm), i. e. which has the error of the additive constant about 5 times greater than the error of the stadia constant, the case of measuring meteorological parameters and taking onto account the corrections, has been considered in both methods of data treatment as well. Numerical results confirm no doubt the advantage of the adjustment based on the ration of distances, which is especially important for nets founded in order to survey movements of objects.
