Lorentzian component of the fifth force

Abstract

The possibility of detecting the fifth force through the hypermagnetic moments produced by rotating hypercharge is discussed. The effects are calculated for rotating bodies of the laboratory dimensions and also for the rotating Earth. In both cases the calculated effects are smaller that the Lense-Thirring effects.
