Abstract
Beneficial microorganisms include fungi, bacteria, protozoa and other organisms that have a positive effect on plant development, resistance to plant diseases and adaptation to environmental stress. Due to the increased use of classic synthetic pesticides and fertilizers in the last few decades, there is a high incidence of pathogen resistance and an increase in pesticide residues in the environment. Accordingly, beneficial microorganisms are increasingly used because they do not leave toxic residues in the environment and do not cause resistance in pathogenic organisms.
