Abstract

This paper presents the unresearched and unpublished components of Bernardo Bernardi's architectural and design oeuvre in the field of liturgical architecture. The analysis has focused on St Peter's Concathedral Church in Split. Elements needed to establish an interdisciplinary context of architecture and theology have been presented here in terms of their overall interpretation and critical evaluation as the necessary pre-conditions for an approach to the specific architectural and design tasks.
