Unlike other crises, the COVID 19 crisis is the only one caused by health shock. The economic crisis caused by COVID 19 is also characterized by the fact that it came with lightning speed and left huge consequences on the entire economy. Not all economic entities and banks remained immune to the crisis. In the second quarter of 2020, the first forecasts of GDP decline for European countries appeared, which predicted huge consequences for both less developed countries and the most developed economic powers. In order to mitigate the negative consequences to some extent, the governments of the countries have adopted a number of monetary and fiscal policy measures, various programs to help the economy and the population.
