European Medical Students’ Association (EMSA), Rijeka – Educational Activities in 2023

Abstract
The European Medical Students’ Association (EMSA) is an association that connects students across Europe with the goal of promoting health and scientific research, fighting for human rights, and supporting professional education. In 2023, EMSA-Rijeka, an autonomous branch of the Association that operates locally in conjunction with the Association FOSS-MEDRI, organized a whole series of social events, education, exchange of knowledge and students, among the highlighted projects Teddy Bear Hospital, Twinning, and the Training Center of Excellence. The project objectives were fully achieved this year and various projects related to the work of the Association cover the areas of soft skills development, working with children and proper medical handling of the smallest patients, as well as international activities realized through student exchanges in collaboration with the Ex-Egypt Association.
