Abstract

In the period of Vlaho Bogišić and his younger contemporary Jesuit Vlaho Bolić, a confraternity of “Good Death” was very popular in Dubrovnik. Citizens showed great interest for its sermons. This paper first explains a general meaning and content of Bolić’s sermon and later
