Abstract

From the text: "In April 2023, the University of Split, Faculty of Law, published a book entitled Maritime Law, written by Professors Dragan Bolanča and Petra Amižić Jelovčić. The authors have transferred their knowledge and experience, gained through decades of scientific and teaching work at the Department of Maritime and General Transport Law of the Faculty of Law in Split, into this comprehensive work. The Senate of the University of Split has accepted this book as a university textbook on maritime law. The book is divided into ten chapters."
