Abstract

The implementation of the second year of the installation research project Transforming the Adriatic Cosmos: insularity, connectivity and glocal identities of pre-Roman Dalmatia (AdriaCos) (CSF UIP-2020-02-2419) took place from February 2022 to January 2023. This five-year project is financed by the Croatian Science Foundation, and has been carried out at the Institute of Archaeology in Zagreb since February 2021 (PI Dr. Marina Ugarković). In the second year of the project, different interdisciplinary fieldwork, research and dissemination activities were carried out, focusing on a number of scientific questions centered around the transformation processes of the island of Hvar and the central Adriatic in the 1st millennium BC.
