Analysis of the processing industry of Varaždin county in the period from 2019 to 2021

Abstract
The manufacturing industry represents the most important and strongest driver of the economy of each country. In the economy of Varaždin County, the processing industry makes a significant share, and especially in the segment of number of employees, total income and export. According to the document “National classification of activities 2007 - NKD 2007”, the manufacturing industry is coded C and contains 24 branches of activity that are coded from c10 to c33. The paper provides an overview of entrepreneurial activities of the processing industry of Varaždin County.
