BASES OF A LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT AND SPACE PLANING OF CRIKVENICA

Abstract
The author analyses a study about long-term development and space planing of Crikvenica that was not accepted and was criticised a lot, but the author thinks it contains many important thoughts and will surely be useful in future. He adds his opinions about tourism to the study analysis, indicating the importance of health tourism, sport tourism, navigation tourism, haunt tourism, fishing tourism, culutral tourism, congress tourism, skiing tourism and agrotourism. He writes about the unification of town of Crikvenica and district of Vinodol, about tourism marketing by using electornic media,... He explains the importance of planing of the road infrastructure, giving the example of the importance of the fast connection Rijeka – Senj, road from Ogulin to Novi Vinodolski, Sv. Jelena to Jadranovo and the problem with traffic organization in the centre of Crikvenica.
