The Bibliography of the LiDraNo Proceedings of Virovitica-Podravina County as Documentation of Student Creative Work

Abstract

The paper presents the development and significance of the bibliography of the LiDraNo proceedings of Virovitica-Podravina County as a systematically structured resource for documenting students’ literary, journalistic, and drama-stage creative work. The bibliography includes works presented at the county-level LiDraNo events from 1991 to 2025 and was created with the aim of preserving, enhancing the visibility of, and ensuring access to materials that are often dispersed, difficult to obtain, or outside formal library collections. The paper describes the methodology used in compiling the bibliography, the criteria for selection and organization of records, and the challenges associated with collecting and processing materials produced over a long period and under varying publishing conditions. The contribution of the paper is reflected in its presentation of methodological procedures used in creating a retrospective bibliography, which may serve as a professional guideline for librarians engaged in similar projects. Particular attention is given to the role of school libraries and librarians in documenting and interpreting student creativity as part of cultural and educational heritage. The paper highlights the potential applications of the bibliography in research, teaching, and promotional contexts, and emphasizes its value as a reference source and a foundation for further analysis of the development of student expression.
