Abstract

Useable area of a flat is determined by multiplying the net area with a coefficient that depends on the type of the room for which the useable area is calculated. As the useable area is used to determine the total price of a flat or the ideal part of ownership of property and since it reflects a certain value of the flat, the question is how we should determine these coefficients in order to define the useable area. The proposition of this article is to calculate these coefficients according to the value of building costs of a particular room in the total building costs value of an entire flat.
